Property management companies often charge you fees upfront, and lock you into exclusive contracts (ie: you pay them even if you find your own tenant). We don’t do that. You can always find your a tenant on your own, and we’ll help you for free; you pay us a finder’s fee ONLY IF we find a tenant for you. If we cannot find you a tenant, there’s no harm done. We only get paid, after you get paid. Simple.

Find a Tenant: What You Will Get

We will help you screen all the potential tenants that we find, before presenting them to you by examining a tenant’s credit bureau report, employment verification, and landlord reference checks. This will greatly minimize the risk and turnover rate. This will include:

    1. Simply meet us for showings with potential tenants (landlords often like to meet a tenant face to face themselves). Alternatively, you can co-ordinate key pick-up/drop-off, if you prefer not to be present at showings.
