SPACIOUS BEAUTIFUL ROOM SUBLET (MAY-JUNE) IN PLATEAU APARTMENT

Je sous-loue ma chambre pendant les mois de MAI et JUIN dans un beau appartement au Plateau! Je fait une maîtrise en Génie Biomédicale à l’université de Montréal mais je vais partir en vacances pour ce moment donné. L’appartement est récemment renouvelé et il est beau et spacieux. Il est aussi très bien situé dans un des plus beaux coins de Montréal : le Plateau Mont-Royal. L’appartement a un air familiale et chaleureux, en partie car c’est décoré avec des beaux meubles! On aime beaucoup l’art aussi alors tu trouveras plusieurs peintures faite par moi sur les murs! Comme mentionné, l’emplacement de cet appartement est vraiment idéal et stratégique. Si tu vas rester à Montréal pendant quelque temps, le Plateau est probablement le meilleur endroit dans la ville pour ça (J’ai vécu dans d’autres endroits dans la ville dans le pasée, et je suis convaincue qu’il n’y rien comme le Plateau !) : Le parc La Fontaine est à juste 5 minutes à pied, l’Université UQAM est à environ 10 minutes à pied, et l’Université McGill à 20 minutes à pied ou à 10 minutes en vélo. En plus, pendant l’été il y a de nombreux évènements amusants aux Places des Arts (à 15 minutes à pied d’ici), tels que le Festival de Jazz, le Festival des Nuits d’Afriques, le Festival Francofolie, Le Festival Juste pour Rire, entre autres. Aussi le parque Jean Drapeau et/ou le Parque Olympique/Insectarium/Jardin Botanique sont à 10 min par métro. Tout est inclus dans le prix (le chauffage, l’eau chaude, la électricité, et accès à tous les appareils électriques dans l’appartement). Tu auras accès aussi à tout dans l’appartement, tels que les ustensiles de cuisine, les jeux à table, les serviettes, etc.

I am subletting my rooms for the months of MAY and JUNE. I am a master’s student in Biomedical Engineering at Université de Montreal but I’m going for vacation for those two months. The apartment has been recently renovated and it’s beautiful and spacious. It is also really well located in one of the nicest areas of Montreal: the Plateau Mont-Royal. Our apartment has a home-like feel and it is decorated with nice furniture. Also since I really like art, it is decorated with several paintings, some done by me! Another great aspect about here is the location. If you’re spending a year in Montreal, the Plateau is probably the best place in the city to do so (I’ve lived in other parts of the city in the past, and I can say that nothing compares to the Plateau, really!): La Fontaine park is only 5 min away by foot, UQAM is about 10 min away by foot, and McGill is about 20 min by foot or 10 min by bike. In fact, I used to bike to school in the fall and walk there in the winter! Also, in the summer there are numerous fun and colourful activities going on at Place des Arts (a 15 min walk from home), such as the Jazz Fest, the African Nights Festival, the Francofolie Festival, the Just for Laughs Festival, among others. Also park Jean Drapeau island as well as the Olympic stadium/insectarium/Botanical garden are all about a 10 min metro ride away. In the price, everything is in ;cluded (heating, hot water, electricity, and all electrical appliances).
