How Does it Work?

First, we hand-pick properties based on their fit with our overall portfolio: clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

  • Rent your place to Stayhomesearch, and we will take care of the rest. You will get guaranteed rent from us, and we will rent it short term or long term.
    • Pros: Steady income and no tenant headaches or hassles when you sign a lease with Stayhomesearch.
    • Cons: Not all buildings allow short term rentals; verify with your condo association/building management if they allow short term rentals. Return on your investment is not maximized when compared to Revenue sharing (below).
  • Revenue Sharing. We manage and rent your property on a short term basis. We take of the hosting, greeting, communication and cleaning the property.
    • Pros: More revenue for you. Just relax and collect your additional income. We use a progressive revenue share, long term management starts at 12%.
    • Cons: Not all buildings allow short term rentals; verify with your condo association/building management if they allow short term rentals.
  • One-time Finder’s Fee commission. For a 10%, Finder’s Fee, we help you find a high quality tenant for you, and you take care of the rest. Simply tell us the rental amount you want, and that is the rent that we will try to deliver for you. Since we are working for a Finder’s Fee, we will try to find tenants at a slightly higher rent for you, for a truly win-win situation.
    • Pros: You can approve the tenant that will sign a lease with you.
    • Cons: You have to manage the lease and be hands on with your tenant.
