Rent a Condo Near Downtown Concordia University Campus

Concordia University is located in the heart of Montreal’s downtown core, is easily accessible by public transportation. Guy-Concordia station (green line) is the main stop for those travelling by metro. Condo 201 Charlotte, Condo 2037 Clark are both located near the green line, which is convenient.

Students enter the university in September, or, in some cases, in January or May. If you are looking to rent a condo, reserving early is strongly recommended. Montreal has a lot of older rental units, and newer units such as Condo 201 Charlotte or 2037 Clark are harder to come by. Some landlords ask for a 12-month lease, however we recognize that students are often from out of town and we can accept 8-month leases as well.
